Payment Methods and Terms
We accept payments via international bank transfer (IBAN/SWIFT), PayPal, or Revolut.

To secure the date, a 50% prepayment of the total amount as a non-refundable deposit is required. The second part of the payment will need to be made one day before the event.

Rescheduling Policy
You can change the event date up to 48 hours before the start without losing your deposit. The
event can be rescheduled to another available date in our proposal schedule. However, if you
cancel or request a reschedule less than 48 hours before the event, the 50% deposit will not be
refunded.
If a private location has been booked for you, any date changes will be discussed directly with the proposal planner.
Any questions regarding cancellation or rescheduling (while keeping the same location) will be handled with the venue through the planner.

What if the weather is bad on the event day?
About a week before your proposal, we closely monitor the weather forecast for your date. If
extremely uncomfortable conditions are expected (such as strong wind or heavy rain), we can
reschedule your proposal to the day before, the next day, or another convenient date (subject
to our availability).
If rain is not expected all day and there is a clear "window", we can slightly adjust the timing of your proposal to fit that period.

After booking and making a 50% payment, we will ask you for the necessary details for your
proposal: your names, your partner's name, your preferred song, bouquet preferences, etc.
About a week before the proposal, you will receive a detailed scenario and timeline with all the important information and the exact location. You'll clearly know what, when, and how everything will happen. The day before the proposal, you will receive a final confirmation from the planner that everything is set according to plan. When you arrive at the location, everything will be ready for you: decor, professional photo, video, flowers, champagne, music, and more. All you need to do is be present in the moment and enjoy your proposal!
After the proposal, the planner will inform you about the timeline for receiving your photos and videos.
After that, we'll be looking forward to your review and of course, your tags on social media!
