Choose a date for the proposal. Select one of our Service Packages as well as a location and decor with our assistance.

Make a 50% prepayment to secure the date via IBAN or PayPal.
5/
One day before the event, we’ll send you the exact map point of the chosen location.
6/
The remaining payment should be cleared before the event commences.
7/
On the proposal day, arrive with your partner at the scheduled time. Everything will be ready!

Payment Methods and Terms
You can make payments via IBAN or PayPal.
To book a date, you need to pay 50% of the total amount as a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance must be paid on the reserved date, prior to the event.

Rescheduling Policy
You can change the event date up to 48 hours before the start without losing your deposit. The
event can be rescheduled to another available date in our proposal schedule. However, if you
cancel or request a reschedule less than 48 hours before the event, the 50% deposit will not be
refunded.
What if the weather is bad on the event day?
If adverse weather conditions make it unsuitable for your proposal on the scheduled date, we can
reschedule to another date without forfeiting your 50% deposit or move the event to a different
available location. We do everything possible to ensure your proposal goes ahead as planned!
What happens on the day of the proposal?
You will receive a message from us with the exact geolocation of the proposal venue. On the day
of the event, you will also need to pay the remaining 50% balance.
At the scheduled time, arrive at the location with your partner. Our team will have prepared all
the decor, floral arrangements, and refreshments by then. You will guide your partner to the
designated spot and make your proposal. Afterward, you'll celebrate the engagement according to
your chosen package, including refreshments, photography, videography, and more. Once the
celebration ends, you’ll contact our team, and we will handle the decoration removal and clean
up the location.
